You have read Huemer's Ethical Intuitionism but have you read his paper "An Ontological Proof of Moral Realism"? It seems to get at the same idea you are when you discuss Pascal's Wager: We can use the possible existence of moral facts as motivation. It would definitely be worth looking into.
